Forrest Marketing + Communications

Event Planning

FM+C’s approach to conference and event planning encompasses attention to the smallest details along with a firm grasp of the big picture.

Our services include planning, coordination, budget management, speaker solicitation, sponsor solicitation, applying for funding, volunteer recruitment and services, theming, logistics, marketing, media relations, delegate communication, preparation of delegate materials and kits, registration, evaluation and reporting.

Pat Forrest possesses every skill needed to be a first rate manager of any event. She has strong organizational skills and the ability to work as a team leader or a team player—whatever the situation requires. She treats everyone with respect and courtesy.  During tense situations, she is grace under fire. Pat brings an extensive network of sponsors to our event that we count on.  Above all, she has the level of experience and finesse that ensures a seamless operation and makes it look easy.

Carol Rusak, Co-Chair - Diversity Thunder Bay Celebration Breakfast

Pat Forrest is enthusiastic, flexible and has excellent interpersonal skills. She has also been a steadying influence, using her expertise and her flexibility to encourage the committee members to explore other ways of doing things and to carry on with confidence when they were ready to give up. That the delegates gave the conference an overall rating of 9.4 out of 10 is a reflection of her outstanding skills.
